Port Mall Newsagency was formed in 1996 when Philip and Leoni Jenner purchased Hipper’s Newsagency (est. early 1900) and Port Lottery Shop. Both separate businesses were immediately amalgamated to complement each other to capitalise on the growth prospects the amalgamation could produce.

Over the next 10 years the Jenner family  proceeded to transform the business into the modern retail business it is today.

Today Port Mall Newsagency is recognised as one of the leading newsagencies in SA stocking a vast range of products catering for a wide range of customer needs.

All the team members are extremely customer focused, ensuring customers continue to support the family business.
